Those who have used slab slobber before what flavor did you used??? The garlic or Shad and when is a good time to use both...

Can you say oil slick?
It will work on hair jigs, plastics you will loose 99% as soon as it hits the water. Don't believe me just try it.
It is a cat fish's dream come true.

I used the shad in a live trap to catch a possum. Sadly today it wouldn't turn the fish on.

I used it today on 3" baits. How's that for a Ray Hubbard toad. What did it weigh? How long was it?

I catch fish with it and without it. When I use it, I use the shad scent.

shad, And I dont fish without it. I believe it gives me just bit longer to get a good hook set

Shad. I mainly use it when I feel the fish need a little extra incentive to bite. I've had some times where the fish were there but wouldn't bite & the slobber helped me get a few in.

Yup, I've had this scenario countless times. Most often Richie will be back boating me and I question him. He just hands me the slobber and I start catching. I get to multi tasking so much sometimes I forget it. Is it needed 24/7? No. Is it priceless during a tough bite when you can see them on your graph but they're winning the stare down contest? You bet!
