I would say yes too because of the marking on the bill. The newer ones say Storm there.

Yes those are originals. The bill as stated is a give away, so is the painting method. You see the paint overrun on the bottom of the bills, the newer ones aren't painted with the bill installed.

Those things? Probably not worth much so just send them to me  . Seriously though, the top one is worth come $$ from what I know. Bottom one probably would need painted.
