Tested pack with cdi's troubleshooting guide. I have proper ohms on all checks, good voltage from stater, NO voltage from pack to coils. Bad pack?? Top right voltage is good on the brown, red, and black wires from stater. No voltage on top left black coil wires when cranking.

Swap the power packs and see if the dead coil swaps sides.
Now, Donald...please pick John Bolton for your running mate.

It's all 4 cylinders. All 4 black coil wires on the top left have 0 volts when cranking. Removed the white kill wire, 5th wire down on the left. This is supposed to rule out the kill switch, still 0 volts on coils. Cdi guide says 125v minimum per coil wire, if I am reading it and testing correctly?
Ran great two trips ago then acted like it had bad fuel or something when loading. Removed and cleaned carbs and took it back out. Same thing, sputtered and missed. Loaded back up and thought I'd check fire on all cylinders the next day and nothing, just cranks and cranks. Tested fire on 1 through 4 and nothing, tested power pack and if I'm doing it correctly and understand the test, I have no volts. New pack is $400-500 which is a pretty big lick for me, so I want be sure before I buy.

It could be. Problem is it can be the timing base not sending a signal to the power pack. Is the TB the 4 bottom right wires? Make sure you didn`t leave a ground wire loose after carb work.

I assume they are. Top right 4 wires come from stater brown has 90v, red and black have 16v, haven't traced back or tested for voltage on bottom right 4 wires.
