I'm thinking of making a trip to LOP to try drifting for crappie. Never been there before and I'll be coming from Shreveport. Can anyone recommend a boat ramp that's close to the action? I've got a jon boat with a 25hp and don't want to have to ride too far if I don't have to. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated - Thanks! Scott

I agree, put in at the dam.

Thanks, y'all! I appreciate it! Oh, one more thing - where can I buy shiners at?
