It's funny that Bill mentioned how great a particular section of the bank was and he always fishes it etc etc etc but at the end of the show, the camera never zoomed in on the map when he was showing where he fished!

Yeah, you could still get an idea where he fished from his description but I thought it was funny because I was really looking forward to a good tight shot of the map at the end of the show.

Another really good episode!

I thought that was interesting too...usually they show where he launched and a close up of where he fished...I dont know what date he fished but I think the water temp was still in the upper 60s, I fish that lake at least once a week and know exactly where he was...but will have to wait until the water drops another 3 or 4 feet now...this cooler weather and water might impact the fishing..

Yeah, I noticed that too but I think that it was all that one area there at the end so really wasn't a need to show his trail like most lakes where he moves around the lake. It had been a great area to fish when the levels were up and the water was warm but it had died off quite a bit as the water cooled just before the last flood. Just glad he didn't go and show more of my spots that I like to fish.

After the last flood, the fishing was so great on the lake that I don't mind it being shut down for a bit. I figure with the flood stopping the pressure and the cold will keep it light after the lake opens, it might just be a great Spring on Pool.

I fish Joe Pool often and know where he was. I haven't really had much luck in that area but do continue to fish there. Maybe I need to change baits! It was neat to see Honey Hole on my home lake.

He showed the map early on right after a commercial break. Looked like he launched at the state park south ramp. I don't think I've ever fished that bank other than the road bed that runs across the cove.
