Does anyone care to share some pointers or suggestions for fishing Lewisville (hybrids) this coming Monday 11-5? I have a good amount of experience with other lakes but have just moved to this one (Waters Edge Condo). I have a 18'6" Center Console with a 30gal shad tank.. I will launch at 5AM and go catch bait..

Are there any area's I should concentrate on? I have a Google Map with some "pushpins" on them and can try to find the humps etc..But just wanted to see if anyone cared to share some patterns they may have noticed lately etc..

Any tips would be appreciated while I try to "learn" this lake.

Thanks,

Gary

Lately, the fish have been where the Hickory Creek arm joins the main lake. The pattern has probably changed with all this rain. It may be difficult to find an open boat ramp.

We tried.. Caught bait near Sneaky Pete's. Went and fished the Twin Polls area along with the cove around there. No real bird activity working. Fished from 9am to about 1pm.

Drifting shad and working slabs and humdingers..

Don't be deterred. LL can humble even the most experienced fishermen at times. Keep at it and eventually you will have some good days out there.
