Just wanted to know if you can any fish under the I30 bridges this time of year. Just wanted to run my boat one last time before I put it up for the winter. Thought I would try to catch a couple for dinner tomorrow. Thanks

I would try there & if I had no success I would concentrate my efforts towards the deeper bends of the river channel and along the channel near the dam.

I have caught them there before I sold my boat years ago. We would load up on them. The key is to drop down, and slowly troll pillar to pillar. So slow that the line stays almost straight up and down.

I know you could load the boat a couple of years ago fishing the bridge pilings under I30. There was a thread about 3 years ago that had a picture of all the boats lined up under the bridge catching crappie.
