Looking to stock up on some medium diving cranks (8-12ft) and curious to hear everyone's favorite for mid depths. I throw squarebills a lot, but don't throw cranks in this range as much as I should and I'd like to change that next year.

Looking forward to your input.

Thanks,

Hard to beat the Rapala DT series.. Also, the Series 4 Strike King baits are good. my 2 cents

I like throwing deep divers and working them super slow to cover mid depths

A good rule of angling philosophy is not to interfere with another fisherman's ways of being happy, unless you want to be hated.

I like Norman Deep Little-N's in water less than about 60 degrees, Bomber Fat Free Shads over about 60 degrees and Strike King's Series 4 over about 70 degrees. I have had good luck with a 6th Sense Crush 250 this summer as well; even though it seems to have action similar to my cold-water favorite, the Norman Deep Little-N.

The 6th sense 250md is awesome. It does have a little tighter wiggle than most. It also has a real nose down action which helps it deflect off wood really well for a round lip crank. Started fishing it this early fall and first time throwing it we caught 25 that morning on it. Also Casey's paint jobs are second to none.

6th sense is a good bait. I also really like 5xd cranks I throw them 6-10ft usually

Eh. Maybe the old wiggle warts. The storm "wiggle warts" just are no where close to the originals.

For me. I like Lucky Craft. I've actually caught two legal smallies on one cast with it.
