I realize its personal preference, but what RV park do you recommend and why? Do you know of any RV currently for sale there?

I had a place in Paradise a few years. Loved it. Neighbors are all good folks and the ownership was great. Nice park and always fun there. We then wanted a bit of a bigger lot so we looked around and found Pelican Point. We fell in love with it. Not as crowded, larger on average lots, ownership lives on site and keeps things safe and secure. They do all the lawn work and such and keep it looking great out there. Nice private ramp with good deep water access, lots of parking at the ramp. Neighbors are great as well and just a little more shade and less crowding to me. We would not think of leaving that park as long as we have a 5th wheel. Been there 3 years now and love it. Owner is genuine good people. Also both parks mentioned have incredible fishing in the general area of both year round. Close to stores, fuel and places to eat. Rates are very fair at both. Both have restrictions on the age of the RVs as well that get moved in. Both expect your lot to not look like a junkyard as well.

I have a place in Paradise RV Resort and absolutely LOVE it. I feel like I have a second family out there with the friends we have made over the past year. Well taken care of park with a great owner that is happy to invest money to make the park better. This year the main ramp and dock underwent a large remodel and we now have a giant 4 boat stall floating dock with a nice golf cart parking section. Some lots are larger than others in our park and I believe there are a few lots currently available and possibly a turn key property or 2. As Mark mentioned there are some restrictions in the park but it is for the better I feel.

Feel free to call or text me at my number in my signature and I would happily answer any questions. I will be out tomorrow mid day as well after I do some work on the way out there!

You will get several opinions but west fork landing (old Val's) is really nice. A lot of people will slam bob, the owner, and say he is anal about this or that but he just cares about and maintains his property. We are on 2946 just across the lake from birch creek. The lots are nice size not crowded and the park is not huge. His annual lease is about the same as the others.

There's a brand new RV park being built on Little Mustang across from Pope's Landing. The lots are big plus the park is fenced and gated. I saw a map of it over at Pope's Landing. Might be something to check into.

Fisherman's RV Camp is a great little park with about 50 plus spots, great boat ramp with ample parking. Floating 8 boat stall dock with running water to fish cleaning station.
