If you can find stock trim used, that's the cheapest route. If not, then CMC. I a CMC to my 70 and made a world of difference. The thing is built like a tank, will add about 50lbs and move you motor back about 4". I found one on craigslist in another state at a great price. Ended up being new in the box. Took me about a month searching the web til I found one affordable. Also very easy to install

You can not just add a stock trim unit as the yoke and transom mounts are made different where the trim bolts up and connects. CMC all the way.
