I own two Mercurys and I just bought a little 25 Etec for the river boat.
I bought it from an individual and I was wondering if I need to do anything to have the warranty transferred into my name or is it transferred to titled owner?

Most require a transfer fee of 75.00 I would check here: http://www.evinrude.com/en-US/
