I always bass fish EM and live 1/4 mile from the boat ramp. Anyone ever catch any crappie out there? If so I have a boat and be willing to take someone crappie fishing if they'd be willing to show me the ropes. I've only crappie fished maybe twice in my life and I'm 34. Would have to be on a Sunday. Thanks ahead of time for any assistance or advice.

34 lookers and not one response... Kinda sad. I'm not looking for GPS coordinates or brush piles, I know where most are any ways, just general info on crappie fishing to get me started would be much appreciated.

I don't fish EM, but this site should get you started no matter what lake. http://catchcrappie.com/

I'll go with ya! Thunderbolt lives over there too but he's more of a sand bass guy. I can work something out with ya though.

Hey GROD, I'm not a crappie expert but I've done a fair amount of crappie fishing over the yrs. I'll be more than glad to go out with you and maybe if we put both of our heads together, we can put some crappie in the boat. Feel free to call anytime.

Trevino,

I do not recall any barges that you can pay and go fish at anytime. only ones that I know of are marinas where you have to pay for a boat slip membership.
