What water color do you find that red shad colored plastics works best in? Clear, stained, or muddy? Thx.

I like stained or tea color the darker the better. Always in low light or cloudy days!

I prefer the red shad to have green flake in them...

I usually throw them in clearer water. And I've caught a TON of fish on a red shad power worm . . .

Actually its exactly what I meant. Red shad colored power worms are one of a few "go to" baits for me in all those water conditions listed. :-)

I tend to fish natural and shad colors in clean water (unless its low light conditions). I will throw Red cranks in late winter and spring.
