Overpriced and Chuck is a lying sack of S#*t. When we called him out on his lies, he sent us a letter telling us we were not allowed out there anymore. We were told you could fish all you want. Not true, he starting bitching about us being there all of the time. That is what we paid for. There was several of us that got kicked off. You are better off fishing stock tanks.

Thanks Beermill. I talked to James and he seemed nice. Said I could go check out the place anytime. Doesn't sound like its worth the money.

Driving out to Rough Creek last weekend and saw the sign..... Looked interesting.

I fished there in 2007-08, wife and I caught 80 bass one day that all looked like sisters, 2 - 2 1/2 pounds.
It was pretty well stocked then, when the feeders went off the water exploded with fish and the bite would shut off for hours.
Bass was all catch and release, and all artificial baits,..They started selling water to the oil drillers and the water levels dropped drastically.
My son knew the managers son, so we got a pretty good deal. I didn't know they were still open?
I do know it was closed for a while, and I thought it was sold to a large corperation for their private fishing clients.
They used to limit the amount of people that could be there at anyone time, and would not let you in if it was rented for a private party.
Havent been there since then..
