One of the last great American lure companies on the way to China.

I guess this explains why all of those DD Series cranks were on clearance at BPS a couple of months ago.

Yea I've seen quite a few DD22s on clearance places. I'm stocked up for years now.

Saw this elsewhere
I usually don't comment on many forums, but I thought that it was imperative that I join this one. I would fist like to set the record straight about Bandit. PRADCO purchased Bandit Lures in September of 2014 and at that time the lures were made in China. In fact, they have been made in China for nearly 10 years. To make production more efficient the plant in China did change the engineering process which altered the performance of the lure....that is truth. With that being said, some very good things are coming with Bandit....Stay Tuned! Now, for NORMAN........Both Bandit and NORMAN are made of Butyrate which creates a distinct sound, both will continue to be made with Butyrate. NORMAN will be molded in Fort Smith using the same molds, the lures will not change. All painting, split rings and hooks will be done in Guatemala. A reduction in models will take place, don't worry staples as the DD22, Fat Boy, N Series and several others are staying in the lineup! NORMAN lures have been known for their quality and fish catching attributes, and will continue that legacy moving forward. I hope that this has cleared the air a bit. I will do the best that I can to monitor this forum and address any questions that may arise.

I love Norman baits! I hope nothing changes. They catch fish and won't break the bank if you lose a couple.
