Fished hubbard 8:30 to 2. It started slow. I fished shallow first and struck out. Went looking and caught only 2 sandies and some yellows by noon. Fish are not at structures for hubbard this year? Tried DSing in deeper water, water temp 62 degrees, and caught a few good fish but a bite was still slow, a light hit at 10 min interval. Slow!. So last inning, went to a point in 25 ft and BAM marked good fish and they stuck around for an hr. Slabbed up good magnums and a 7# hybrid took the fly above my slab. The pics below show the 7# , a 16" sandie, a 16" yellow hybrid x that took my fluke. Most fish caught on slabs. Fun and relaxing day. FYI, my Twin brother was out earlier and he caught about 10 good hybrids shallow fishing, bass fishing style. wink

Also, the reports I got, the late afternoon bites are better. Fyi

DS will be on after the artic Sunday smile Good luck guys!

Thanks guys! Hubbard looks about 2 ft over pool. I am pretty thankful for that.

Hey Ron, so your saying everyone wants "it" and I still got "it" right? Haha

Hey Don, I ran into your old buddy Fly (Bill) at the ramp. Bill works at BPS and he looks good smile

Also a few buddies was asking about my recent salt trips. Lemme try find the pics and post em shortly. I did great down there!
