plastic or stainless steel???...my nabor on LBJ felt sorry for me when i showed him my $1.99 minnow bucket so he gave me the stainless steel one...i have never seen one like that...the knob below the latch moves the hole openings from wide open to closed...his dad bought it for him years ago at a flea market...priceless---!!!

I have never seen a stainless steel minnow bucket. That one is pretty cool.

I've seen a few like that. Push the button on side and it closes and holds the water in. Should last forever being stainless steel. Of course you could use it for a steamer for crawfish also, dual purpose!

I remember the stainless steel buckets. They were around when people still boiled coffee in percolators I don't remember stainless but galvanized is what we used when I was a young'n. Does look more like a cooking utensil,and crab legs are sounding good right now.
