I am still catching my bass shallow. Although there are some deeper to catch the shallow bite is still good for me. Chatter baits and flukes along the edge of the grass are good as well as XB 1 square bill crank baits by Xcite.

If I move out for deeper fish the A rig is coming on and a few deep diving crank baits over long main lake points/flats. If you are fishing shallow stay near the creeks mid way back in the pockets to the back. Look for flooded grass of any kind.

I cant help you on the crappie...sorry.
