Oriental store with fish market should have Buffalo for sale, and possible Fiesta Grocery etc. Shad is first choice of course, and unknown to me who sells it.

Bait shop on the right going down 174 in Rio Vista has frozen shad. I think they have cut shad and whole shad. It's the shop right at the red light. And I think the store right before Kimbell Bridge has frozen shad or at least the did a couple of weeks ago.
