jh. you may not need a new gun. take a pic of the gun so we can see the broken tip.you maybe able to get the broken part out and only need a new tip. don't ask how i know.
i never ever take that tiny little tip out to clean it. i'll post o pic of what i use to do the job.

Taking the nozzle out is always scary, you have to be very careful putting t back in. If you have a small enough drill bit try backing the part in the brush out with the drill bit by hand. I have had to do it twice only thing I found that would work I didn't have any ease outs small enough but did have the drill bit. Good luck bud

Cleaning a tip is very tricky...not sure what BC does but here's an option that works for me. Take an old needle of a smaller size. Twist a tiny bit of cotton over the tip...like a Q-tip. Moisten the tip and the needle/cotton with alcohol and carefully push the needle/cotton thru the clogged tip. Twist it as you go...be gentle and don't push too hard. Usually best to let the tip soak just a while before trying this and don't push too hard as the needle/cotton goes thru the tip. Hope this helps. texas

here's what i use.

they're like mini q tips. you can get them at hobby lobby on the same aisle as the createx paints. they're available in different sizes. the small ones are ideal for getting in the tip and cleaning it out. i wet the end of the swab in denatured alcohol.
if really have a stubborn clog in the tip i'll use an old .02mm needle to lossen it.

Denatured alcohol is what I use as well.
