Could someone please send me the map that was posted last year that showed where you could safely run? I would appreciate it. Thank you

Saw the "map" last year. It was a home made one to assist TFF'ers. Basically when leaving the only ramp and entering the main lake: going left towards upper lake Do Not Run. If going right towards lower lake(dam) run the center all the way to the dam but beware: there are a few big floaters in the middle especially by power lines. They barely show and do not show if lake is choppy. The lake is small and takes minutes to idle if unsure. Also, my Navionics map chip is real accurate in showing the contours including the big rocky hump in deep water out from the cooling towers.

thanks 361, that is the one I was referring to. The map that the gentleman drew hazards on and shaded where to run and where not to run.

I also brought another discussion back that shows the same thing in a different format on 'page 2' of the Boat Lane Discussion from 2009.

And defiantly do not fish this huge hump/rockpile that comes up to within a couple feet of the surface and is surrounded by 25' deep water! ;-)

There also a pristine curado e7 attached to a falcon rod near the power plant just north of that hump. I'm still throwing up over that.

Glad to have that map though. I found the hump, not the hard way as I had found a topo map that showed it. That sucker comes up shallow. Didn't know about shallow rock pile though.

It went in yesterday, if someone happened to find it I would sure like to get it back. The fish was still attached.

at least yours had a fish attached. I lost my favorite Falcon Cara Micro ST with a Team Lews Pro reel while catching a dink on a drop shot. Kicked it overboard trying to keep the little bastard from hooking me. Haha. The combo weighed 8.9oz. I was really surprised with the rod being hollow carbon and cork handles that it didn't float. I was really kinda down on that one for a while. I still miss that setup. As soon as I have another $600 to spare, I'll replace it.

I'm either headed there or Monti tomorrow. If I happen upon it, I'll let you know!
