No this was just a park by Main Street. I think it is called Centennial Park. I believe it is catch and release, at least that is what I do there. I appreciate it fellas.

Do you have a source for this? I could only find this article, Don't Be A Catch And Release Killer, and it makes some fine points, but it didn't specifically mention grass.
