We are taking the soldiers out this Saturday so I've been looking around. Of course with the northern coming in Friday night (if the weather dude is right), scouting may be for naught. mad

I have hit Rock Creek, Sand Creek, and Mac Creek. Same situation as I've been seeing. Lots of fish and TOO MUCH bait

Yesterday I hit the west. Cardinal Cove, Buncombe Creek and West/Wood Island cut.

Found the same thing. I did get into the sand bass up in the back of Cardinal Cove. Lots of birds flying. Few birds working. Fish were hesitant to cooperate...but...some dumb ones did. smile

Fish caught on belly spinners.

I hear ya. Fishing is tough on the striper lakes. When I go to Texoma nowdays I just fish the bridge for crappie. hard to catch a striper if it's in a cloud of bait.

John 21:3 Simon Peter saith unto them, I go a fishing. They say unto him, We also go with thee.
