..its a process of finding what works best for you..go to http://www.stevescustomprops.com/do some reading about jack plates , props and call him with what you have now...

Or a 24p turbo txp worked over by Steve
I've got the same boat/motor. Spent hours and lots of money trying to find the best setup
Boat doesn't lite full trim. 7/8 trim yields fastest speed

With a tempest plus you'll get 65 as long as you aren't loaded down too much. With a worked prop you should touch 70 mph with a light load. 3" below the pad. Little higher with the txp
