I am going there for two or three days.Can anyone give some advice on lodging,food,fishing?

Jerry, there are several motels/hotels in Port Arthur. The Holiday Inn on Jimmy Johnson Blvd. would probably be the best. The Holiday Inn is very close to much of the restaurants. As far as food/beverage you can eat anything from steaks to sandwiches. As far as fishing you can fish Pleasure Island or Sabine Pass. If you need anything else send me a PM and I'll do my best.

Jerry, I also forgot to mention that there is an Academy about 5 minutes from that Holiday Inn and another tackle shop, Daley's Hunt n Fish in Nederland which is 10-15 minutes away.
