The seat is dark grey/charcoal. I don't know if it is factory or not but it is of good quality. It has never been used.
There are no issues except for a minor scuff that probably happened when taken out of box. The back says shock absorption system SAS. $150.00 cash FTF.

Can I see the bottom of the seat? This goes on a pole while fishing the back of the boat, right?

You have to put a seat mount on it that then fits on the pole. I'll throw one in.

I'll come see it when I get back in town, thanks.
