Does anybody know what tournament was on lewisville Saturday other than the working mans and what it took to win?

There was a high school one and can't really remember the other might been something like North Texas Bass Club maybe

We was there Saturday from 8:30 to 3 just fishing and prob had best 5 prob around 17-18lbs

We was there Saturday from 8:30 to 3 just fishing and prob had best 5 prob around 17-18lbs You should have been fishing one of the tournaments then because that would win just about any weekend

I was out there Saturday and only had one fish. Good fish but just the one.
Rattletrap, fish was on a small secondary point about half way back a creek arm.
Water temp was 63.
What's been working out there for y'all lately?

Our club (Tarrant Christian Bass Club) was there as well....13.23 (5 fish) won....tons of spots and tons of short fish for most everyone.

Our club (Tarrant Christian Bass Club) was there as well....13.23 (5 fish) won....tons of spots and tons of short fish for most everyone. How were they catching em? Not looking for spots just a general idea. Shallow? Deep? Fast baits? Plastics?

I know because he was on a teaching trip with me out there. I would have guessed closer to 19lbs myself. Either way you gotta be in it to win it! The bite wasn't great, just got 3 big bites.

It was Bass Club of North Texas - about 9.5#'s won - we only weigh 3 fish - 4.3# big bass.

Thats helpful. I fish from my Bass Hunter so am very limited on where I can go but that gives me some place to start next time. I figured out what was not working on Saturday ha ha. Traps and Square bills shallow in the creek arm was not the ticket ha ha. Thanks!
