There is a place in Gainesville and I gotta buddy that works for a place in Tyler. Look under pond management. The place in Gainesville is called Pond King. Sits out on the west side of town.

If you are in stephenville there is a great fish farm close that has bass, crappie, bream, minnows, catfish.
It is Arms Bait Company. I think it is in Deleon.

Aquatic Management Services in Tyler. They manage private lakes as well. Good folks. They have a Facebook page. Check out some of the monsters they grow!!

You can get a "Fish Availability List" from the Texas Aquaculture Association at Texasaquaculture.org

It will provide you with a list of licensed fish producers and brokers.

If it was me and I was stocking my lake in that area, I would go to Tyler Fish Farms and speak with Biologist and owner, Bob Waldrop. It would be difficult to find better quality fish in the way of both current health and genetic makeup, no matter how "famous" a name that may go with the fish.
