Heading out to Squaw next weekend. Any tips on what areas of the lake to fish.

Go all the way up the creek and fish a blue fleck power worm.

Pretty much just fish your strengths/preference. I did well last week fishing trees on steeper banks. I was not "beating the bank" but targeting the cedars in the 6-12' range along these banks with power worms. Throw into the trees. Week before i did well up Squaw Creek. There are fish literally up the river to the dam and everywhere in between. Deep and shallow. Does not mean they all bite all the time. I did run into this "turn over" that everyone is talking about but unlike textbook turn-overs it was more along the shallower areas. Whatever it is, algae bloom, turn over...whatever, all you have to do is go around the point & the next cove is clear. Don't get tunnel vision. If worms don't get you bit put on a shakey head or a jerk bait, or a square bill or a....you get the idea!

Square bill and a-rig. The point right where you launch is a good one.

Fish are literally EVERYWHERE! Like said above just go fish ur strength! Caught them today on Yellow Magic, spook, spinnerbait, chatterbait, swimbait, shakeyhead, trig, CRig and drop shot! We caught fish in a foot of water and caught them in 20 fow and everywhere between! We fished points, bare rock banks, shallow wood, deep wood and open water! We caught them on about 7 different style and colored worms! So go fish your strength and have a blast! There are so many fish u basically can't do anything wrong! Oh ya caught 2 tilapia as well... One on shakeyhead and one on trig!
