 Squaw Creek ???

I'm ending my last day of vacation and a week long of fishing at squaw creek tomorrow. My very first trip to Squaw. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated. I will only be fishing tomorrow and leaving around 2. Just wondered what I should start out with. Are the fish deep or shallow on this lake. What do they like. Feel free to pm me with any tips and I will let you know how I did. I noticed a tff get together is going on Sunday so things might be tight lipped. Any help will be greatly appreciated. ..

They are pretty much anywhere. Put in almost anything on a t-rig and you will catch fish.

Lots of 2-3lb fish in the shallow 3-10ft range last time I was out there. We caught a few flipping the trees right across from the ramp, could probably start there and catch a few

Lots of 2-3lb fish in the shallow 3-10ft range last time I was out there. We caught a few flipping the trees right across from the ramp, could probably start there and catch a few thats where they release all those big sacks

The TFF get together are the guys that hang out in the OT, they do not know how to fish. They are to busy taking to much pride in their drinking abilities then anything else.

Couldn't get bit on plastics this morning but the we hammering a square bill and the A rig. They hit the A rig like a tons of bricks. Biggest was just under 5. Tons of 3 lbs fish right on the shore.

Man I had a tough day out there today. Caught a 3.5, two 3's, and broke two more fish off. Couldn't buy a bite after about 11. Fished everywhere from 1-20'. Probably should have put my Texas rig down and tried something else!....Oh, then had a blowout on the trailer on the way home! Lol

You were right about all of the two and three pounders. I caught a bunch of those. Did manage one five and one just over six. Thanks everyone for the tips.
