Box anchors. Several guys on here make and sell them. There is a current ad running in classifieds section.

A lot of rope and chain is more important than the anchor for any depth but I use box anchors. I use 2 12"x12" anchors one out the front and the other out the back. I run a 23ft boat and I'm not afraid to sit in the open on them windy days with this set up.

If its windy I will let out 5ft.

I have a "digger" brand anchor and a box- Both are very good at what they do- I can buy a box anchor cheaper but if I loose it I will buy another Digger- The digger is much lighter and also has a "release"' feature that I like- You can go to the bass pro web site and look up the digger to find out more Info And reviews on it-
What has happed to you does not define who you are-
HOW you react to what happens to you DOES!

I like box anchors. 14"x14" with 5" diggers. 1/4" x 3" plate...with one 3/8" plate tacked on the inside front to weight the front down.
I've used diggers before but prefer box's
