This may sound completely dumb to some of you but I am trying to understand this whole Crappie Creek fishing thing. What kinds of creeks are you looking for when you are targeting crappie this time of year?

I live in Waco so i mainly fish that lake. So when I think of creek I'm really thinking of the North and South Bosque river. Which if you go up far enough they turn into what might be considered a creek. I just havent figured out how far up these rivers to go or should I be on the river at all and should be looking for a smaller body of water?

The North, Middle, South Bosque and Hog Creek are all good. Look for the deeper holes as the water gets colder.

Correct! Also Cloice creek and Hog Creek. You are looking for areas where water flows in/out of the lake.

I look for creeks or areas that have gentle moving water, deeper when it is cold.

Thanks for the advice everyone. I am gonna try today after work. I feel like the sun might have helped them out today. Probably will go to the south bosque
