Alrighty Guys we are announcing our 3rd tournament of the year on the ol' Medina Lake! She has had a hard run but currently producing massive quantities of fish! Please check out our website for a full list of tournament details!!! minorleaguebassfishing.com

Medina Lake report by yours truly: Oct. 31 2015
Catching 40-60 fish a day in the 12"-14" range of recently stocked fish, with the occasional ones that made it through the unfortunate draw down. It has been a blast catching these new residents and greatly looking forward to a bright future to Medina! Here is a few photos of recent catches that hopefully will get you fired up...

It's good to see Medina full again and like you said the bass are putting on the feed bag. I fish the lake once a week and 50-60 fish a day is very possible. The thing is they are all short right now. Short and very fat. I can't wait for the next couple years because Medina will be the next hot lake for catching big bass. Good luck with the tourney, I wish I could make it this time. Keep holding them on Medina and I'll make more tourneys then I miss.

Biscuits you hit the nail on the head if we can keep Medina full for a few years we should see an awesome fishery. The bass are getting bigger and fatter than I have seen since I have been fishing there. In my opionion with the lack of white and hybrid poulation the largies are doing better than ever. We have all seen what those fish do in the summer time when they compete for food. I went out today for 3 hours and managed 3 keepers with the rest being short footballs.

I caught some white bass two years ago when the lake was 10% full. It got down to 3%. I haven't seen any busting the top water yet since I've been going but it would not surprise me if they are still in there. I hear there is a good crappie bite going on so I spent all day Wednesday trying to catch one but all I could catch were bass and blue gills.

The majority of the bass I am catching are 10-12 inches and freaking fat. When I was trying to catch crappie I was catching a bunch of 4-6 inch bass. Those 4-6 fish are the ones that got stocked back in May when TPwD stocked the lake with 200,000 bass. Those 10-13 inch fish must have been born on the lake two years ago when the lake was way low. There are still keeper fish in the lake but you have to sort through the shorties.

You guys that make it to the tourney Sunday are going to have a blast and will probably catch 100 per boat.
