has anyone ever changed just the locking cylinder ?
where can I get new cylinders?

I just put a couple new latches on my Triton. I ordered them online from Basscat.com. I replaced the entire latch.

Most all boat dealers that have a parts store carries them. And I googled them and came up with several places to buy.
