the best way to know is to ask them if it is allowed it will keep you out of trouble if they say no.

What do you consider too old? I'm 48, I've got a knee requiring surgery and a twisted ankle and I still do it! HaHa!!!! Best advice is to ask for permission, but then again you probably know the answer.

Its funny when a golfer gets so mad at you for fishing, when you are behind the tee off box. Like really, how could I affect your swing as long as I am not yelling. Have had the grounds keeper called on me, only to tell the guy it was allowed. Most golf courses dont allow it though, and of course they make some of the best ponds.
