Which would you prefer? I am thinking on Cedar Creek putting in and fishing the Caney Cove area...no clue where to start on Lavon, but will research and manage.
Why one over the other?
For me, both will take about an hour to get to so that is not a factor.
Thanks in advance, Tom

I would say Cedar Creek!! that's just personal preference though!! For me I have seen bigger fish come out of Cedar creek than Lavon! I love me some quality!! PLus I have alot more waypoints for Cedar creek with only three for Lavon!

Lavon for me. I will be out there tomorrow and Sunday if tomorrow goes well.
you know, nothing wrong with seven men who met on the internet going for a swim together

I have only been to CC once and did marginally good. Loved the lake. Much different than the ones I usually go to!

Stay clear of Caney Cove area. It's super muddy after these rains. The main lake or coves on the west side are better/clearer.
