anybody have any on the water feedback? I realize they are brand new to the market, so time will tell.. Just curious what initial feedback has been. Seems pretty sharp for an aluminum. I'm not in the market for a boat, but I'm constantly curious.

I've had mine since late April. I love it, expecially with the Merc 150 4 stroke. With full fuel, livewell and 4 people, it has no problem getting on plane. That engine just shines at all rpm's but I expecially like it that at 3500 rpm's I get appx 35-36 mph and it is so quiet. It's like a nice cruise with the top down. The front splits the waves pretty good, probably not as good as some glass boats but still decent.

I added the Lowrance HDS7 gen 3 to the console and moved the cheap Lowrance Elite 3 to the bow and will eventually put a Xi5 on it for the anchor function. The Minnkota Edge has enough thrust for my fishing, if I didn't want the anchor function, I would leave the Edge on there.

It pulls tubers/knee boarders with ease with a total of 4 people in the boat/tube. I've had it up to 59 gps with my son and I in cool weather. It is very stable and fishes well. The live well is plenty large for a double crappie limit. The front deck is rather large. My son and I fish side by side with no issues. The transom at 98" is big enough for Hoss Cartrite to take a nap.

The boat itself it well built, has very large braces on the transom supporting the engine and thrust. There is a good bit of storage and the center rod locker is really nice. The led lit livewell is a lot nicer than I thought it would be.

About the only issue I have with the boat is that the fishing seats are slightly cheap. The boat does everything I have asked of it and per my own hour meter that I put on it, I have right at 100 hours of engine run time since April. No issues to speak of.

If I had to do all over again, I would absolutely buy it again.

I have had one now for about 6 months. It is a fully rigged tournament boat now. the factory rod compartment holds almost 30 rods. Upgrades i have done

(2) 12' talon shallow water anchors
6" Rapid Jack Plate
Tempest 21 pitch prop
Dual Hummingbird 1199's
Added dual console
Minn Kota Fortrex 112 (not installed yet)

Boat runs 60 plus in mild chop with the 24 pitch
54 on gps with the 21 pitch

Best riding aluminum boat i have ever been in.

Did you change the prop to a 21 for better holeshot or what? How much difference does the jack plate do on the boat?

Yes, for hole shot. It became very transom heavy with everything that I bolted on and added to the rear of the boat. it would stand nose high with the 24 pitch. Changing over to the 21 pitch it will damn near jump out of the water and on plane in less than 20'.

Thanks. What improvments did the jackplate do for you? Would you do it again?

Many advantages, but not for everyone. Some will never know what it is like to actually be on plane in a boat. It is not just putting a jack plate on a boat and instant improvements. Many different things to consider.

Yes I would absolutely do it again.
