I've ran AC Delco voyagers and continentals before. Just interested in what everyone else is running? I've have bad experience with both regarding bad cells. Could have been due to improper charging but now I know that's not the problem as I have a very nice dual brand 3 bank charger. I'm running a 36v 112lb fortrex.
27s or 29s???? Help a brother out... Heard good thing about interstate.

I use Duracell and Sears advance gold agm. For my vehicles I use xs power agm batteries. All these are deep cycle batts.

I've used Voyagers for 20 years with great success, going back to my sailboat days. The brands I hear of guys having the most issues with are Interstate and Exide. A lot depends on the battery and how it's used. A "starting" battery or a "Dual Purpose" battery is not a true deep cycle and will not hold up to the deep discharges from a trolling motor.

Wow okay 31m-AGM series huh? I checked them out, they got a 36 month warranty @ $359. I would hope at that price fish would jump in the boat and shake my hand!
Thanks for the replies guys!

Deka.
Buddy in the battery business told me they were the best available wet cell on the market.
Surprisingly enough when I called the dealer to tell them I wanted Deka they told me that's all they use.

Used to run Interstates but after several sets we noticed they began giving less and less service life even with proper charging and maintenance. Fishin' buddy noticed same thing with his Interstates.
We're both now running ACDelco Voyagers and after several years they're still doing great.
