Looking to buy a longer paddle. I have an Ascend Tournament Paddle 230cm now, but I really need something longer. If you have one laying around you would like to sell post your offer below and I will consider it. Thanks for reading guys.

How tall are you? Have you ever gone to a shop with your boat and had a professional measure you for the right paddle with the boat you are using?

My suggestion would be to do this first then you know what paddle length you need before buying. I know they make a lot of longer paddles now but most of them can be a pretty penny and hard to find used. Some shops even have the longer stuff to demo.

I am 6'2" and no I haven't been to a shop and gotten measured. Kind of hard to do that when all of the kayak shops are far away and close soon after I get off work! Plus it would be a heck of a lot easier to do if I didn't have to car top my kayak.

We can give you a pretty good idea for paddle length options Rhino68W. Many kayak fishermen prefer a low angle paddling style, I'm thinking a 250cm paddle will probably work well for you (depending on the boat you'll be using with it) but I'd like to talk to you about it first. We've got 250cm paddles starting at just under $100 and we can ship to you as well!

Give us a call if we can be of any assistance.
