Zatarains crab cakes is the BOMB! We have made it just like the recipe on the box. Sub crappie for crab meat. And by adding 2 lbs instead of 1 lb. Good both ways. I like it spicy so I add Durkee's six peppers seasoning.

Another recipe is melts!! I broil some fillets in butter and seasoning. Grill some buttered rye or jalapeo bread in a pan and add some slices of Swiss cheese to one side. Remove from pan and stack some fillets on and add some carmelized onions and thousand island dressing!! Serve it with a cold Abita Amber and enjoy!!!
