Had some work done on this motor twice from a mechanic but still having same issues of dieing and not able to get on plane . Super rough seems like it is missing ! Pm me with any advice or someone familiar with evinrude. Thanks in advance!

fuel or power pack, check the spark for color, bright blue.
check plugs for fouling/too wet.
might try some seafoam in a gal of mix first, get it into the cylinders and let sit overnight (do this by turning it over/starting if it will start at all).

oh, that is a full can of seafoam in a gal. of mix. won't hurt a thing and should help some
