What are the water temps right now? Are the pads curling up and dying off or are they still good? Do they plan om turning the plant on any time soon?

I have not been out in a few weeks but a friend was out this week. No stacks running and temps were 73-78.

I have not been out in a few weeks but a friend was out this week. No stacks running and temps were 73-78. There was a dusty white smoke coming out of two stacks, and the plant was LOUD. Didn't fish the outlet, mostly rock is what I fished around.
