If you are in the market for a quality rod, don't forget about Impulse Fishing Rods. I just received my shipment last week. Top of the line solid rods built right here in Texas. If you are interested, get a hold of Lance Stringer at Impulse, he can point you in the right direction for a rod to use for any technique. If you are not into flashy equipment, but want high quality.. Impulse rods are definitely what you're looking for.

I have been fortunate enough to fish with these while with a local lake fork guide. For what it is worth, I liked them.

Can you tell us a little about about how its made? What material etc? weight compared to other rods in its class and price comparison?
