OP Harleyrockstar Angler H Joined: Jan 2015 Posts: 415 Leander	Been crappie fishing central Texas for a little over a year and this is my first black crappie. The bite was hardly noticeable yesterday and I thought this guy was a branch when I lifted my rod tip. Plastics outfished jigs for me yesterday. He was 11 inches but only weighed 9 ounces. I would like to catch one over a pound before submitting.
