Howdy all, I was given the opportunity to spend the weekend in Glen Rose, Texas with Reel Recovery as a Fishing Buddy. The most incredible fishing experience and I didn't fish! Excellent write up. This program definitely has an impact on both the participants and the fishing buddies.
I laughed more this weekend than I have in a very long time. Hey, it was a fishing trip and someone was always had a story ready to tell and most of them were hilarious...
For anyone else reading this, Reel Recovery is a great program and you won't regret getting involved and volunteering.
