We headed to lewisville yesterday evening. We started by fishing shallow catching a spot. The rest of the evening was pretty slow with a few smaller ones here and there. I have youth tournament there in about a month. Any ideas? Thanks and would appreciate the help king

head towards the creeks and chase the shad. Good luck on your tournament.

Two days ago, Tower Bay was full of small spots. They were shredding my senkos. I was getting irritated so I started flipping a craw under all of the small ones and caught a few keepers, for the first time in weeks for me. I've been catching tons of small fish out there, but almost nothing over 12 inches. It's getting ridiculous.

I've been catching them pretty well flipping a finesse jig out there.

Before the rain I was doing pretty good on a baby Okiebug up shallow, a small spinnerbait. I'm not sure how many know what that was after thinking about it.

Lol good thing you clarified. I read Okiebug and was thinking 'what the heck is that'.

Buddy and I did really well two weeks ago throwing small spinnerbaits in flooded brush.

Had to cull through a lot of dinks but we did find some quality fish.

What part of the lake were you hitting the brush? Thanks for the help.
