For drop shot. I have 10lb mono on now. But I tend to not throw it in the thick stuff. What lines do you use

I used 10lb seagaur invisx, depending on how thick the stuff is you would probably want something stronger

Sunline Finesse FC Flourocarbon

I've been using this line for a while now. I must say, it's one of the more manageable and stronger lines that I've used. I fish a drop shot A LOT and I will not use any other line but this one. Superior knot strength and you don't have to worry about it breaking because it is super strong! I used to be very nervous about fishing anything less than 10# but this line has made me a believer in light line. I highly recommend it!

I'm confident with the quality of Seagaur's Red Label. 10 pound test.

15-20lb braid to 10# flourocarbon leader...works like a charm.

I use 12# McCoys Mean Green. McCoys is a smaller diameter than most other lines for their rating, but just as strong as the other lines, if not stronger. I have straightened out #4 hooks with 12# test before. Hope this helps.

Tight lines, keep safe and good luck.

Red label works well for me... 8lb in open water... Up to 17lb when fishing heavy cover.

12# invizx for my finesse drop shot
15# invizx for my bubba drop shot

I fish around a lot of timber and on a lake that you could get a big bite at any time.
I use baitcasters for both.

I should have said the same thing. Baitcaster for both Bubba and Finesse dropshot rigs, still use McCoys, though, just up to 15# test, too. Tight lines, keep safe and good luck.
