Your Jigs look really nice Alex. I'll need to order some soon. I've never fished jigs much but I've wanted to start. I usually just use plastics.
Do you also do swim jigs with the eyes?
I appreciate the kind words! This winter, I'm going to try to find a photographer who will take better pictures for me. It shouldnt be too hard to get better photos. I have a swim jig mold with eye slots (1/4, 3/8, and 1/2 oz.). I haven't tried to sell them, but I'll be happy to make some for you. I also make bladed jigs and a 1 oz. Custom swimbait head with an 8/0 hook and drop shot weights.
I learned how to jig fish with my own jigs. Long story short, a tournament director that is now a close friend told me after a fall tournament in 2007 that I'd better learn how to jig fish. So, I went and bought an Arky mold and started pouring and painting my own jigs. I threw them during one of the TDs trail tournaments in the Spring of 2008 and finished 2nd. I think he and I were both shocked that day.
