 who regulary fishes the bridges at lake graham?

I am trying to track down an old friend who fishes the bridges on lake graham.....
O;d guy named john.
Usually this time of the year he wears and old ugly plaid flannel jacket.
Drives an old dodge Neon.
He taught me how to jig for crappies and I havent bought a minner since.

I don't fish the bridges but I am sure you are talking about John Hanks. You can find him most days
at the crappie house on Lake Eddelman if he is not at one of the bridges. However I am not sure
he was in a Neon when I saw him Thursday.
