Video of my trial run with this rod. I was anxious to try it out but with a North wind and cold front the fish were very skittish and biting short.
Managed a few little ones and really enjoyed the rod.

Cabela's has some fiberglass rods on sale for $64.99. I don't know anything about them though.

Just checked out cabelas online. There are some new/old players in the glass market. Fenwick has a new glass rod, as well as TFO. Butterstick has been out for a bit, but that gives you 5 options (cabelas has 2 different models with different actions)...just from cabelas. Glass is on the rise.

i love glass! i fished a week out of Missoula this summer, I threw nothing but my 5wt glass.

We just got the 6wt glass in the shop, I will take it to Belize tomorrow!
